Contacts & Wi‑Fi
Contacts
For urgent matters related to the apartment, please call or text Olivier.
Wi‑Fi
Wired RJ45 Ethernet is also available in both bedrooms and the office.
Smart Home & Technology
The condo includes integrated smart‑home features designed to improve comfort without requiring constant adjustment. Most systems are intended to work quietly in the background.
The condo is fully air‑conditioned and uses intelligent climate management. The system can take into account indoor temperature, outdoor temperature, humidity levels, and current climate conditions.
You may notice the air‑conditioning or heating adjusting itself even if you have not changed a setting. This is normal.
The condo uses Sensibo controllers. Please do not disconnect, unplug, or reset them unless requested by the owner. If the temperature feels uncomfortable or the system appears not to be operating normally, please contact Olivier or Christelle.
Selected entrance lights may turn on automatically when you arrive. Some lights may also behave differently depending on the time of day, ambient light, and occupancy. This is intentional.
Both bathrooms have heated floors. The primary bathroom includes a walk‑in shower; the second full bathroom includes a bathtub. Please do not disconnect or reset the floor‑heating thermostats.
The living room includes an Apple TV 4K paired with an integrated Bose in‑wall home theatre system and a Pioneer amplifier. One remote controls the entire system — the Apple TV remote.
- Press the top power button to turn the whole system on.
- Use the same remote to adjust the volume — it also controls the Pioneer amplifier.
- The video input switches to HDMI 2 automatically a few seconds after power‑on.
- When the profile selection screen appears, always choose the "1641" account.
- Inside each streaming app (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+…), also select the dedicated "1641" profile.
- If volume or picture stops responding, simply turn the whole system off and back on with the remote — this resolves most issues.
Please avoid changing main account or network settings, and do not sign out of the "1641" account or factory‑reset connected equipment.
The living room speaker is a Sonos named "Aire Ouverte". Connect to it by Bluetooth from your phone or laptop — always choose "Aire Ouverte" specifically, never another speaker name that may appear on the list (neighbouring units' speakers do not normally show up on the 1641 Wi‑Fi, but double‑check the name before connecting).
- Open the music or streaming app you're subscribed to on your phone (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
- Tap the device/AirPlay/Bluetooth icon while something is playing.
- Select "Aire Ouverte" from the list of available speakers.
A 3 Gb/s fibre Internet connection is included. High‑performance Wi‑Fi covers the condo, and wired RJ45 Ethernet outlets are available in Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, and the office.
Phones already equipped with Wi‑Fi 7 will connect using that standard automatically; other devices connect over Wi‑Fi 6 — either way, no setup is needed on your end.
The semi‑enclosed office has a glass partition overlooking the main living area and an electrically height‑adjustable desk for seated or standing work.
Some connected devices use Apple Home and Matter, and some doors and windows may be equipped with connected sensors. These are part of the condo infrastructure and do not require tenant configuration.
The window sensors automatically pause heating/AC in that room when a window is opened, and resume the normal comfort automation once it's closed — so it's fine to open a window; the climate system will adjust on its own.
- Do not remove or reposition connected accessories or sensors.
- Do not pair devices to another smart‑home account.
- Do not factory‑reset smart‑home devices.
- If something behaves unexpectedly, contact Olivier or Christelle before resetting it.
